On April 18 and 25, 2025, subsidiaries of the State Development Bank summed up the results of 2024.
As of January 1, 2025, the Bank has two subsidiaries: Alfa Telecom CJSC and State Leasing Company OJSC.
Alfa Telecom CJSC, 100 percent owned by the state represented by the State Development Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, has strengthened its position as one of the industry leaders in terms of the number of subscribers, network coverage and the number of base stations. Thanks to the unprecedented pace of infrastructure development over the past two years, the MEGA network covers over 99 percent of the country’s populated area, including hard-to-reach, border and sparsely populated areas.
According to the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated 08.04.2024 No. 137, the State Bank created the State Leasing Company OJSC (hereinafter referred to as SLC) with an authorized capital of 1 billion soms to expand the provided instruments for financing investment projects. Based on the results of 2024, the Company demonstrated sustainable growth dynamics and entered into profitable operations, exceeding the established planned indicators. SLC successfully carries out its activities, is actively working to establish cooperation with potential suppliers of leasing items and lessees. During the reporting period, SLC entered into direct agreements with leading foreign industrial manufacturers of machinery and equipment.
As part of the implementation of the state policy of supporting priority sectors of the economy, special attention was paid to cooperation with state and municipal structures in 2024. Lessees include state-owned enterprises, city halls and local governments.
