Options
Own contribution
The owner of the project must make its own contribution of at least 10% of the project cost (own contribution can be made in the form of cash, property, including intellectual property, land, fixed assets, etc.).
Provision for financing
- State guarantee, guarantees of international financial institutions, banks and JSC “Guarantee Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic”;
- State securities of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Real estate, including land plots;
- Equipment, vehicles;
- Guarantees of third parties, the acceptability of which is assessed by the Bank in accordance with the Bank's Credit Policy;
- Other types of collateral in accordance with the Bank's Credit Policy.

Valuation of collateral
Assessment of the value of collateral property shall be carried out by an independent appraisal company included by the Bank in the list of partner companies and posted on the Bank's website.
- The Bank reserves the right to change the valuation value.
Repayment schedule
- Interest - on a monthly/quarterly basis;
- Principal - according to the cash flows of the Borrower's business, but not less than 2 times a year.

Grace period
Interest repayment - up to 9 months;
On repayment of the principal debt - up to 24 months.

Insurance of the collateral
Insurance of the collateral (in connection with the risk of destruction, loss, theft, damage, injury and disease) is determined by the authorized body of the Bank for each project individually.
Interest rate for misuse of credit funds
In case of improper use of credit funds, the interest rate increases up to 20% per annum. The Bank reserves the right to enter information on misuse of credit funds by the client into the Credit Information Bureau.
Special conditions
- All expenses related to loan execution and registration of the pledged property shall be paid by the Borrower;
- The Borrower shall be responsible for the safety and proper use of the pledged property.

Restrictions
The Bank's lending is subject to the restrictions established by its Credit Policy.
The Bank also does not finance the following activities:
1) The production or trade of any products or the implementation of any activities considered illegal under the laws of the country.
2) The production of pharmaceuticals, pesticides and herbicides, ozone-depleting substances, polychlorinated biphenyls, wild flora and fauna, and products regulated by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora;
3) The production and use of pesticides/agrochemicals - Ammonium Nitrate Type A, used for industrial purposes;
4) The illegal diversion of irrigation water for agricultural land;
5) The production or trade of weapons and ammunition;
6) Manufacture of or trade in alcoholic beverages (except for the production of beer and wine, as well as retail trade by MSMEs, such as grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants, where alcoholic beverages do not constitute a significant/significant part of their trade);
7) Manufacture of or trade in tobacco products (except for MSMEs engaged in retail trade, such as grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants, where tobacco does not constitute a significant/significant part of their trade);
8) Financing of gambling, casinos, and similar establishments;
9) Manufacture of or trade in radioactive materials, with the exception of the acquisition of medical equipment, quality control equipment, measuring equipment, or any other equipment in which the source of radiation exposure is considered safe and/or adequately protected by the World Bank/International Finance Corporation (IFC);
10) Manufacture of or trade in disintegrated asbestos fibers, with the exception of the acquisition and use of asbestos-cement sheet material with an asbestos content of less than 20%;
11) Drift-net fishing in the marine environment using nets longer than 2.5 km;
12) Conducting or carrying out activities involving high-risk work or various forms of exploitation, such as forced labor or harmful child labor;
13) Commercial logging in primary tropical forests;
14) Production and trade in timber and other forest products, with the exception of products from sustainably managed forests;
15) Production, trade, storage, or transportation of significant quantities of hazardous chemicals or the commercial use of hazardous chemicals. Such products include gasoline, kerosene, and other petroleum products;
16) Activities with potential impacts related to forced land acquisition;
17) Projects with significant impacts on biodiversity;
18) Manufacture or sale of hazardous substances containing, for example, carcinogenic, mutagenic, or teratogenic properties, including creosote and chlorinated solvents;
19) Storage and packaging of pesticides and herbicides;
20) Manufacture, distribution, or sale of illegal pesticides;
21) Heating and power supply through the local combustion of fossil fuels (coal, fuel oil, used motor and tractor oils, and transformer oils);
22) Trade in specimens of wild fauna and flora included on the lists of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES);
23) Any activity with significant use of radioactive materials;
24) Gambling;
25) Military industry;
26) Industries that use forced child labor;
27) activities related to the financing of criminal activity and the legalization (laundering) of criminal proceeds;
28) activities prohibited by Kyrgyz legislation.
The Bank also does not finance the following activities:
