On 14 June 2024 OJSC “State Development Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic” increased its share capital as a result of additional issue of 500,000 shares for the total amount of 500,000,000,000 KGS. In connection with this, there were changes in the shareholder’s share of the Bank, where the share of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic is 100% in the amount of KGS 18,700,000,000.
