A Memorandum of Cooperation and Interaction was signed between the State Development Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund. The Memorandum is aimed at creating and implementing joint projects, as well as financing projects that stimulate the development of the Kyrgyz economy.
