On June 11, 2025, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the State Development Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Trade and Development Bank of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO Trade and Development Bank).

The Memorandum is aimed at creating and implementing joint projects, as well as financing projects that stimulate the development of the economy of Kyrgyzstan.

During the meeting, the possibilities and conditions for investing in the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Kyrgyzstan, as well as support for trade financing, were discussed.
