On September 16, 2026, a working meeting was held between the State Development Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and the World Bank and Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank mission as part of the “Development of a Sustainable Financial Market for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in the Kyrgyz Republic” project.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the project’s prospects, expanding the participation of financial institutions, and the further disbursement of funds.

Following the meeting, the parties confirmed their mutual interest in continuing cooperation and agreed to further joint work on project implementation and expanding the participation of financial institutions.
