Financing amounts

- The minimum amount of investments is 20 million soms
- The maximum amount of investments is not more than 80% of the total issue amount of the Issuer

Term of financing

up to 5 years (60 months)

Interest rate

The Issuer's minimum rate of return is 11% per annum.

Options

Securities collateral
Securities issued by the Issuer must be mandatorily secured. Collateral is required only for the share of the issue purchased by the Bank. Securities may be secured by:
- Guarantees of the State bodies of the KR, the Cabinet of Ministers, international financial institutions, banks and the Guarantee Fund of the KR;
- State securities of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Immovable property, including land plots;
- Equipment, vehicles;
- Loan portfolio of issuing banks;
- Guarantees of third parties, the acceptability of which is assessed by the Bank in accordance with the Bank's Collateral Policy;
- Insurance;
- Other types of collateral in accordance with the Bank's GNI
Repayment schedule
- Quarterly;
- On a semi-annual basis;
- Annually;
- At the end of the term
Withdrawal from investments
- Full repayment of investment funds upon maturity of bonds;
- Sale of bonds on the securities market;
- Redemption of bonds by the Issuer
Repayment of principal amount of investments
At the end of circulation term
