On August 30, 2024 OJSC “State Development Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic” increased the authorized capital as a result of additional issue of circulating common registered shares in the amount of 1,000,000 copies for the total amount of 1,000,000,000,000 soms, i.e. from 18,700,000,000 soms to 19,700,000,000,000 soms.
The share of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in the capital is 100% (total amount of the changed capital is 19,700,000,000,000 soms).
