On October 23, 2024, employees of the State Development Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic took part in the Regional Forum “Green Economy – 2024”: “Green Development Path of Central Asia 2024”, which was initiated by the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic with close cooperation of international organizations and associations.

At the session “Using Green Finance for Sustainable Growth in Central Asia: the Role of Governments, Development Institutions and Financial Sector” the speaker was Deputy Chairman of the Board of the State Development Bank Tokoev T.A. with a presentation on green finance in the State Development Bank. Tokoev T.A. shared strategic approach to integration of green finance, including financing of large projects, practical experience of the State Development Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as emphasized the importance of promotion and development of green finance instruments.
