On December 2, 2024, a Memorandum of Cooperation and Interaction was signed between the State Development Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and the International Bank for Economic Cooperation.

The Memorandum is aimed at creating and implementing joint projects, as well as financing projects that stimulate the development of the Kyrgyz economy.
