On February 14, 2025, a lecture was held to familiarize the employees of the State Development Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic OJSC with the norms of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Amendments to Some Legislative Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Sphere of Combating Corruption” dated December 31, 2024, No. 209.

This event was held in fulfillment of the instruction of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic – Head of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Kasymaliev A.A..

During the lecture the Bank’s employees were familiarized in detail with the innovations in anti-corruption legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, including the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Also, all employees of the Bank signed written commitments on consent and acceptance of restrictions in the field of anti-corruption.

Concluding the event, the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the State Development Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic OJSC, Ch. Ch. Kenenbaev explained some points of law enforcement practice and emphasized that the innovations in the anti-corruption legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic are aimed at preventing the commission of corruption offenses, increasing the discipline and level of responsibility of officials, as part of further implementation of measures of the domestic policy of the highest political leadership of the Kyrgyz Republic to eradicate corrupt practices.
