By the decision of the Board of Directors dated April 30, 2025, Takyrbashev Emil Abdilazisovich was appointed to the position of Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC “State Development Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic” from May 13, 2025.

Takyrbashev Emil Abdilazisovich has 25 years of experience in the financial and banking sector. He received a higher economic education in the specialties of International Economic Relations and Accounting and Auditing. He went through a professional path from an intern to senior positions. He has significant experience in KAFC and RSK Bank. For more than 14 years, he headed microcredit and leasing companies. He acted as an expert and consultant in a number of international projects. He has 5 years of experience in international development funds. He has deep knowledge and practical experience in the field of finance, treasury operations and lending.
