On June 17, 2025, Kanatbek Mamatovich Madumarov was elected to the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSC State Development Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Kanatbek Mamatovich has 25 years of experience in the system of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic. He worked for more than 19 years in the State Fund for Economic Development under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, and was the director of this fund for 11 years. For 6 years, he headed the Department of Precious Metals under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic. Since March 2023, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of OJSC State Development Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
