On February 5, 2026, the State Development Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic held a working meeting with World Bank experts and partner commercial banks to discuss the implementation of the “Development of Sustainable Financial Markets for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises” project.
The project aims to provide affordable green loans for small and medium-sized businesses.
The project will enable SMEs to obtain loans at a preferential interest rate for green projects.
The State Development Bank continues to support business, sustainable growth, and innovation, strengthening its role in the development of the Kyrgyz economy and the achievement of global sustainable development goals.
