On February 24, 2026, a working meeting was held between the State Development Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and an Asian Development Bank mission to discuss strengthening the institutional and operational framework and developing innovative financial solutions for state-owned banks.
During the meeting, the State Development Bank presented information on the Bank’s current status and development prospects. The ADB mission plans to assess the institutional conditions and environment for financing infrastructure projects, develop practical recommendations for asset management, infrastructure project preparation, project financing mechanisms, and capital market mobilization.
