She worked in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for more than 3 years. She held the positions of State Secretary, Minister of Justice. She was an adviser to the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers - Head of the Presidential Administration. Before moving to the State Development Bank, she held the position of Head of the Chancellery of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic.

He acted as an expert and consultant in a number of international projects. He has 5 years of experience in international development funds. He has deep knowledge and practical experience in the field of finance, treasury operations and lending.

He has a high level of professional competence in rule-making, policy development and international cooperation in the field of combating the financing of terrorist activities and the legalization (laundering) of criminal proceeds, and is an international expert assessor in this area. He has been awarded state and departmental awards, as well as awards from international organizations.
