On May 23, 2024, the sole shareholder of OJSC “State Development Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic” made several important decisions aimed at strengthening the financial stability and expanding the activities of the Bank.
Firstly, it was decided to increase the Bank’s authorized capital by 1,400,000,000 soms, from 16,800,000,000 soms to 18,200,000,000 soms. As part of this decision, the number of common registered shares of the Bank will be increased by 1,400,000 shares, with a placement price of 1,000 soms per share. As a result, the State Development Bank will become the largest bank in the Kyrgyz Republic in terms of authorized capital.
Secondly, the establishment of a subsidiary company, OJSC “State Leasing Company,” was approved. This decision aims to expand the range of financial services provided by the Bank.
Additionally, it was decided to make amendments and additions to the Bank’s charter and approve its new version.
